Honey Granola Cupcakes - sweet and tasty cupcakes you'll want to devour!

Ingredients
  

Ingredients For Cupcakes:
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup honey plus more for topping
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ⅔ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 ½ cups granola plus more for topping
Ingredients For Cream Cheese Frosting:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ stick butter softened
  • 3-4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method
 

How To Make Cupcakes:
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cream butter, sugar and honey with a mixer until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add eggs and beat well.
  3. In a small bowl, add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add milk, vanilla and sour cream and beat with flour mixture until moistened.
  5. Fill cupcake cups and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from pan and cool completely before frosting.
For frosting:
  1. Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and butter. Add sugar and vanilla and beat well. Place into a piping bag fitted with a tip and pipe onto cupcakes.
  2. Top with granola and drizzle with honey.
