How To Make Cupcakes:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cream butter, sugar and honey with a mixer until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add eggs and beat well.
- In a small bowl, add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add milk, vanilla and sour cream and beat with flour mixture until moistened.
- Fill cupcake cups and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from pan and cool completely before frosting.
For frosting:
- Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and butter. Add sugar and vanilla and beat well. Place into a piping bag fitted with a tip and pipe onto cupcakes.
- Top with granola and drizzle with honey.
