Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups of your favorite melted ice cream
  • 1 ½ Cups SELF-RISING flour

Method
 

  1. Make sure the ice cream is melted.
  2. Combine the ice cream and SELF-RISING flour in a bowl.
  3. Stir until the lumps are gone.
  4. Pour mixture into a buttered loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-45 minutes.
  6. It is ready when it is browned, and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Notes

Go crazy, and experiment with different ice cream flavors. I haven't found one that doesn't work, yet!
