Method
- Make sure the ice cream is melted.
- Combine the ice cream and SELF-RISING flour in a bowl.
- Stir until the lumps are gone.
- Pour mixture into a buttered loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-45 minutes.
- It is ready when it is browned, and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Notes
Go crazy, and experiment with different ice cream flavors. I haven't found one that doesn't work, yet!
