Lime Muddy Buddies are one of my favorite snacks to keep on hand. They're tart, sweet, chocolaty, crunchy...basically it's like someone said, "Hey, so what do women crave?" and then this was born.

Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 9 cups Chex cereal
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 small box lime Jello
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Pour Chex into a large bowl and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, microwave chocolate on high for 30-seconds at a time until melted and smooth when stirred (it will take a 1 1/2 to 2 minutes). Pour melted chocolate over cereal and stir (gently) until evenly coated.
  3. In a separate small bowl, combine Jello and powdered sugar.
  4. Pour cereal mixture and powdered sugar mixture into a resealable plastic bag and shake until well coated.
  5. Spread onto a baking sheet to cool.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

To turn these into Key Lime Pie Muddy Buddies, simply blend 4 1/2 cups Chex cereal with 4 1/2 cups Golden Grahams. Follow all other directions as written. Enjoy!
