- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a large bowl, cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs one by one and continue to beat until well blended. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt.
- Pour into a 13x9 inch pan and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before spreading marshmallows over the top.
- Next, melt margarine in medium saucepan. Stir in cocoa powder and milk, bring to a boil, and cook for 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Remove from heat and mix in powdered sugar until sauce is smooth.
- Pour over marshmallows. Enjoy!
