No Churn 4th of July Ice Cream

The best part about celebrating Independence Day in the summer is that summer = ice cream! So let's make our own!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 14- ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • cup sugar
  • 1 tub blue frosting
  • Red food coloring

Method
 

  1. Whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend condensed milk and sugar until combined. Slowly pour the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the red food coloring and mix again, then pour the mixture into a loaf pan.
  4. Scoop out 4 scoops of blue frosting and use a knife to swirl the frosting into the ice cream mixture.
  5. Add 3 more scoops to the top of the ice cream mixture and spread it out to create a swirl effect on top.
  6. Freeze for at least six hours, then enjoy!
