Method
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat and add green beans, garlic, and onion powder.
- Note: some people cut the tips off of the green beans, but I always leave mine on.
- Stirring occasionally, allow beans to cook until they are your desired consistency.
- Once there, add the roasted red peppers and almonds to heat (they are both already cooked).
- Serve with salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy!
