Peanut Butter Dalgona Coffee

Creamy Cloud Coffee With A Peanut Butter Kick

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tablespoons Instant Coffee
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons White Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons HOT Water
  • Milk
  • Ice

Method
 

  1. Place Coffee, Sugar, Peanut Butter, and HOT water in a mixing bowl.
  2. Please don't burn yourself.
  3. Get out that hand-held electric mixer, and whip the ingredients for about 20 seconds.
  4. If you don't have an electric hand-held mixer, you can use a whisk, but you have to whisk it for like 3 or 4 minutes.
  5. Put ice in a glass -- about 1/2 full.
  6. Fill the glass 1/2 way with milk.
  7. Spoon the coffee mixture on top of the milk.
  8. Gently stir the coffee mixture into the milk.
  9. Enjoy!

Notes

This will be a slightly more liquidy mixture than traditional Dalgona Coffee. It's still plenty creamy and delicious, though!
You can substitute regular milk for almond milk, or whatever milk you prefer.
