Ingredients
  

  • 2 Pesto Sauce Packets with olive oil
  • ½ Box Whole Grain Linguine Noodles
  • ½ lb. Shrimp pre-cooked or uncooked
  • ½ Tomato Diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Minced
  • ¼ Cup Green Peas
  • Olive Oil drizzle
  • Grated Romano Cheese as garnish
  • 1 Teaspoon Parsley Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Start by preparing your sauce in a small saucepan according to directions.
  2. Next, cook your noodles until al dente (follow package instructions).
  3. Now, it’s time to heat up your skillet or saucepan and drizzle in some olive oil. Add your shrimp and add in some freshly cracked salt and pepper.
  4. Once your shrimp is just about heated add in your garlic, tomatoes, peas and butter.
  5. Next, toss the noodles with the pesto sauce, shrimp, vegetables, and parsley.
  6. Top off with additional vegetables (if desired) and Romano cheese and serve!
  7. Enjoy!
