Pomegranate Lemonade Chia

This pomegranate lemonade chia is a great way to use those pomegranates you've got collecting on your kitchen table! Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of Pomegranate juice or if you don't want to use fresh, use 1/2 cup 100% Pomegranate Concentrate
  • ½ cup of your favorite Lemonade
  • 1 Tbsp of Maple Syrup optional, as the pomegranate is a bit sour.
  • ¼ cup of Chia seeds

Method
 

  1. Stir all the ingredients, cover and allow to sit in the fridge overnight (the chia seeds Have to soak at least five hours).
  2. Decorate with pomegranate if desired. Enjoy!
