Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Cook Time 20 minutes
Additional Time 10 minutes
Total Time 45 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • Seeds Out Of A Fresh Pumpkin
  • ½ Stick Of Butter
  • ½ Tablespoon Salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Scoop the guts out of the pumpkin, reserving the seeds
  3. Put the seeds in a colander, and run them under water to clean them
  4. Toss them in butter and salt
  5. Lay them in a single layer on a baking pan
  6. Cook for about 10 minutes
  7. Take them out and flip them around
  8. Put them back in the oven for about 7 to 10 more minutes (until they are just golden brown)
  9. Take them out and let them cool for about 10 minutes.
  10. Once they are cool, store in an airtight container

Notes

Try coarse salt!
Try another seasoning like taco seasoning or seasoning salt
