Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Scoop the guts out of the pumpkin, reserving the seeds
- Put the seeds in a colander, and run them under water to clean them
- Toss them in butter and salt
- Lay them in a single layer on a baking pan
- Cook for about 10 minutes
- Take them out and flip them around
- Put them back in the oven for about 7 to 10 more minutes (until they are just golden brown)
- Take them out and let them cool for about 10 minutes.
- Once they are cool, store in an airtight container

Try coarse salt!
Try another seasoning like taco seasoning or seasoning salt
