Rotisserie Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken
  • ¼ Cup Sweet Pickle Relish
  • ¼ Cup Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1 Cup Whole Grapes Green or Red Seedless Will Work
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • 1 Rib of Celery
  • ¼ Cup Mayonnaise Plus More If Desired
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Method
 

  1. Debone and Deskin the Chicken.
  2. Mince or Dice Up the Chicken
  3. Mince or Dice The Grapes, Apple, and Celery
  4. Put It All in a Big Bowl With the Pickle Relishes, Mayonnaise, Salt, and Pepper
  5. Mix It All Up.
  6. Taste. Adjust Seasoning As Needed.
  7. Enjoy!

Notes

Eat it by itself, on a croissant, in a sandwich, or with crackers. DELISH!!
