- 1. Combine everything but the marshmallows and cinnamon sticks in a 5 quart (or larger) slow cooker.
- 2. Cover and cook on LOW for two hours, stirring occasionally with a whisk, until everything is melted.
- 3. Once everything is melted, switch the heat to WARM and whisk again before serving.
- 4. Garnish with mini marshmallows and place a cinnamon stick in each cup.
- 5. Enjoy!
