Brown the ground turkey in a large skillet. Drain and place into slow cooker.
Combine cooked ground turkey, all of the beans, and seasoning to the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Note: If the chili is too thick, you can add about 8 ounces of water.
The last hour or so add your chopped vegetables and allow to cook the remaining hour.
Serve in individual bowls (we like using bread bowls). Top with freshly chopped avocado, shredded cheese, and a dash of sour cream for an additional kick in flavor!
