  • Place the chocolate chips into a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30-second increments, stirring between, until completely melted.
  • Using a large decorating tip, make a hole in the top of each cupcake.
  • Place 1 tablespoon of the melted chocolate in each cupcake hole.
  • Place a marshmallow in each cupcake hole.
  • Then fill a decorating bag with the frosting.
  • Frost the cupcakes in a circular fashion in a single layer.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over the top of each frosted cupcake.
  • Place mini-marshmallows over the top of each cupcake.
  • Toast the marshmallows.
  • Add 1/4 of a graham cracker to each cupcake.
  • Enjoy!
