Ingredients
  

Salad ingredients:
  • 3 cups spinach washed and patted dry
  • 1 ½ cup fresh strawberries washed, hulled and sliced
  • ¾ cup whole raw pecan halves
Dressing ingredients:
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ cup olive oil

Method
 

  1. Toss together the spinach, strawberries and pecans. Toss with Honey Balsamic Dressing and serve immediately.
  2. Whisk together the honey and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking.
