Method
- In a large pot, brown ground beef, and drain.
- To the beef in the pot add the next 5 ingredients.
- Fill empty salsa jar with water, and add that to pot.
- Cook on medium low heat for 45 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Enjoy
Notes
Serve your chili with a dollop of sour cream, shredded cheese, and red onion if desired.
If you want to make it a little "extra," add a can of rinsed dark kidney beans while cooking.
To give your chili a kick of flavor, add a 12 ounce can of beer while cooking.
