Method
- Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between, until completely melted
- Add mint extract.
- Stir until completely mixed.
- Dip each cracker into the chocolate, then place on a sheet of wax paper.
- When all crackers are chocolate-coated, place in the freezer for 10 minutes in order to set the chocolate.
