Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of your favorite melted ice cream
  • 1 ½ Cups SELF-RISING flour

Instructions

  • Make sure the ice cream is melted.
  • Combine the ice cream and SELF-RISING flour in a bowl.
  • Stir until the lumps are gone.
  • Pour mixture into a buttered loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-45 minutes.
  • It is ready when it is browned, and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Notes

Go crazy, and experiment with different ice cream flavors. I haven't found one that doesn't work, yet!
