Ingredients

  • 3 cups Flour plus 1/4 cup on the side
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 2 cups Milk
  • Half a ripe Banana
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Mix the dry ingredients together.
  • Mash up the banana and add to dry ingredients.
  • Add remaining ingredients to dry ingredients.
  • Whisk until smooth
  • Cook pancakes like normal.
  • Enjoy!
