Here’s How To Make Eggless Pancakes
My kids wanted pancakes before school this morning, but my pancake recipe includes eggs. That’s why I decided it was time to make Eggless Pancakes.

Let’s be honest, I’m not about to go spend 9 bucks on eggs just to make pancakes before school.

So, I did the next best thing.
I whipped together a batch of eggless pancakes!

When I say “I whipped together,” what I really mean is I threw some stuff together and prayed it would work. LOL!
These pancakes used what I already had on hand, were super easy to make, and the kids gobbled them up.

What you need to make Eggless Pancakes
- Flour
- Sugar
- Baking Powder
- Milk
- Half a ripe Banana
- Melted Butter
- Vanilla
- Salt to taste

How To Make Eggless Pancakes
Throw the flour, the sugar, and the baking powder into a mixing bowl (dry ingredients). Roughly stir the dry ingredients together a bit.
Mush up the banana with a fork, and add it to the dry ingredients.
Add the milk, butter, and a pinch of salt to the bowl.

Whisk it all together.
If it’s too runny, add 1/4 cup more of flour.
Give it a taste, and if you need more salt or vanilla, add a bit.
Now, you just cook the pancake batter like normal.

Oil your pan, and drop the batter, about a 1/4 cup at a time, into the oil.
Let it cook until bubbly, then carefully flip the pancake.

Cook the pancake for another minute, and then take it out of the pan.
Top it with syrup, Nutella, applesauce, peanut butter, or whatever your chosen pancake topping might be.
Enjoy!!
