Ingredients

  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix
  • ¼ cup instant coffee
  • 4 sticks of unsalted butter
  • 4 Tablespoons Irish Cream Liqueur I use Bailey's
  • 1 box of powdered sugar 4 cups

Instructions

  • Follow all instructions on the box of cake mix for making cupcakes, and mix in the instant coffee to give them a mocha flavor.
  • While the cupcakes are cooking, cream the softened butter with an electric mixer until the color is light.
  • Slowly blend in the liqueur and once well blended, very slowly add in sugar until the mixture becomes creamy.
  • Once cupcakes have cooled, frost and enjoy!
