Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat and add green beans, garlic, and onion powder.
Note: some people cut the tips off of the green beans, but I always leave mine on.
Stirring occasionally, allow beans to cook until they are your desired consistency.
Once there, add the roasted red peppers and almonds to heat (they are both already cooked).
Serve with salt and pepper to taste.
