Pomegranate Lemonade Chia

This pomegranate lemonade chia is a great way to use those pomegranates you've got collecting on your kitchen table! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Pomegranate juice or if you don't want to use fresh, use 1/2 cup 100% Pomegranate Concentrate
  • ½ cup of your favorite Lemonade
  • 1 Tbsp of Maple Syrup optional, as the pomegranate is a bit sour.
  • ¼ cup of Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Stir all the ingredients, cover and allow to sit in the fridge overnight (the chia seeds Have to soak at least five hours).
  • Decorate with pomegranate if desired. Enjoy!
