Pomegranate Lemonade Chia

So basically I’ve been trying to think of ways to use the pomegranates that I’ve got sitting on my kitchen table and I came up with this Pomegranate Lemonade Chia recipe. Let me backtrack…so it’s fall, right? And the stores are filling up with colors of the season, everything is pumpkin spiced, and my daughter has changed her Halloween costume idea three times. And Every time I go to the store, I see pomegranates. They’re so pretty. So much promise. Like, they’re like little jewels. Jewels!! How can I not buy them. But now I’ve got all these pomegranates on my table. I’m guessing you do, too. So first, here’s how you get the seeds out…now, enjoy!

Pomegranate Lemonade Chia

What You Need To Make Pomegranate Lemonade Chia:

  • 1 cup of Pomegranate juice (or if you don’t want to use fresh, use 1/2 cup 100% Pomegranate Concentrate)
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite Lemonade
  • 1 Tbsp of Maple Syrup (optional, as the pomegranate is a bit sour).
  • 1/4 cup of Chia seeds

How To Make Pomegranate Lemonade Chia:

Stir all the ingredients, cover and allow to sit in the fridge overnight (the chia seeds Have to soak at least five hours).

Decorate with pomegranate if desired. Enjoy!
