One Mom’s Solution to Snotty Clothes
Cold weather has finally arrived and while the cool nights are amazing, cool days mean kids spending more time in the classroom and less outside running around. And what are classrooms but breeding grounds for germs… Yup, before you know it kids are going to bring home germs and sniffly noses. And know what else they’re going to bring home? Snotty clothes.
I’m talking clothes smeared with gross, disgusting streaks of snot. And if you’re the one in your home who does the laundry, you know Exactly what I’m talking about. Multiple kids? We’re talking epidemic. Good news is, I don’t have to deal with this alone. Today I am partnering up with Boogie Wipes to share my Solution to Snotty Clothes! I promise, at the end of all of this, your child’s clothes will be SNOT FREE!
One Mom’s Solution to Snotty Clothes
Kids are kids and when the sniffles hit, they’re going to use whatever is on hand (or in this case, on arm) to wipe away the drips. Using their sleeve or jacket means they won’t have to stop what they’re doing to take care of the problem. It’s a quick way to wipe up that snot before anyone sees and keep playing. And (speaking from personal experience here) if you have boys, they want to look good for those girls. Trust me, I know! My 5 year old is already crushing on a little girl in his class. It is HAPPENING! (takes a deep breath)
Anyway, back to the snot-covered clothes… As a parent we Have to plan ahead for these sniffle-situations. If we don’t send our kids to school armed with more than what’s on their arm, we Deserve all that gross laundry. My solution is something easily accessible, inexpensive, and something my kids will Actually use…

Boogie Wipes!
Any mom who has used them is going to tell you how much they LOVE Boogie wipes…and here’s why!
The wipe that gets the boogies!
Boogie Wipes are made with saline to dissolve boogies (mucus) caused by the common cold, allergies or otherwise booger-filled kid moments.Unlike other wipes, Boogie Wipes have no harsh or drying chemicals. The natural saline dissolves mucus without irritation – thanks to Vitamin E, Aloe and Chamomile. They’re phthalate and paraben-free. Paper towels and tissue leave your child’s nose feeling worse than before because of how rough they are on little one’s skin – especially when your child is wiping 20, 30, or even 40 times per day. Boogie wipes, on the other hand, are soft and scented in Great Grape, Fresh Scent, and scent-free with Simply Unscented. They truly are the wipe that gets those boogies in a gentle way.
Boogie Wipes come in a cool container that is small enough to fit inside a side pocket of a diaper bag, backpack, or even a lunchbox. They can keep these wipes with them where ever they go so they always have something to wipe with that isn’t irritating to their skin (and keeps their clothes clean, well, er)!
