Ingredients

  • "Naked" Potato Skins I found mine in the freezer section at the grocery store
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 2 cups Real Bacon Bits on the salad dressing aisle
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400-degrees (or whatever the box of of potato skins says, if it's not the same as mine).
  • Following the directions on the potato skin box, bake the frozen naked potato skins for 10 minutes.
  • Fill each potato skin with 1/8 cup bacon bits and 1/8 cup shredded cheese.
  • Sprinkle with salt.
  • Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
  • Serve with sour cream!
