Beard Papa’s is giving Halloween a cream puff option. We don’t need every seasonal dessert to come in a candy wrapper.
The chain’s BrownDust2 collaboration runs October 9 through November 9 at participating U.S. shops, with two special éclair puffs.
Two Halloween puffs, with a local menu detail to check
The national announcement describes Zenith as pumpkin spice custard in a cinnamon-topped éclair. Wilhelmina pairs vanilla custard with white chocolate and vanilla Oreo crumble.
There is a location detail to check before ordering: Little Tokyo’s current menu lists Zenith with cinnamon white chocolate and caramel-vanilla custard, rather than pumpkin spice. Its Wilhelmina listing matches the vanilla Oreo description. Check your shop’s menu for the filling it is serving.
The six-pack comes with extras
The collaboration six-pack includes one of each special flavor, one chocolate, one cookies-and-cream and two original puffs. Collectible acrylic standees, badges, stickers and a game code are part of the promotion while supplies last.
There are also events at Los Angeles’s Little Tokyo location on October 17 and Katy Asiantown on October 24, both from noon to 5 p.m. local time.
