Delicious Vegan Chocolate Chia Pudding
Sometimes eating healthy feels like a punishment…but honestly, if it does, you’re doing it wrong. There is no rule that says healthy food has to taste gross. In fact, sometimes the healthier version of something tastes better than the original. Take this vegan chocolate chia pudding, for instance. While regular chocolate pudding can sometimes taste bland, or boring, this pudding has texture and a nutty undertone. This one has all the sweet chocolate goodness, but none of the guilt. In fact, this pudding is so GOOD for you, you could eat it for breakfast and have enough protein to keep you full and satisfied all the way through lunch. So if eating healthy is a punishment, all I can say is I’ve been a Very bad girl! Enjoy!
