Cobra Kai Is Getting A Season 3 And I Am So Excited
If you are not watching Cobra Kai right now, you are completely missing out on living your best life. It is LEGIT, the best thing on streaming — just try to prove me wrong.
Cobra Kai has moved from YouTube Red to Netflix, where it was announced that it is becoming a Netflix Original, and it’s getting a Season 3!! Gah!!
Season 3 isn’t going to premier until 2021, but that doesn’t mean I’m any less excited!
I have been hoping and wishing for a new season, and it’s happening. I’m about to start counting the days!
If you don’t know the premise of the show, let me just help you out. Remember the ORIGINAL Karate Kid movie from the 1980s?
It’s arguably one of the BEST films of 1984, and Cobra Kai is the continuation of THAT movie, but set in modern day California, and I can’t stop watching!
Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence are adults now, with teenagers of their own. But, the good news for us — they are still rivals!! Bring On The Karate!!
Johnny decides he is going to purchase Cobra Kai, the vicious dojo he played karate at when he was in high school. Daniel has a rival dojo, Miyagi-Do Karate, and they are just. as. good!
This completely makes for tons of AWESOME karate scenes that will have you on the edge of your seat.
Cobra Kai is not ALL about the karate though. You will be completely wrapped up in the storyline, and you will have the entire thing binge watched before you even know what happened.
Watch Seasons 1 and 2 NOW on Netflix. Each season has only 10 episodes, with each show being between 30 and 40 minutes long. You will burn through the episodes before you even know it.
Then YOU will be saying, “Bring on Season 3!!”
