George R.R. Martin Is Planning to Give ‘Game Of Thrones’ Fans A New Ending To The Series
I’ll admit it. I’ve been having Jon Snow withdrawal. Well, not ONLY Jon Snow. I feel like there’s a big empty hole in my life, since the ending of Game of Thrones.
I want to just take that entire last season, and throw it out the window. We need a massive do-over from the wreckage that was the series finale!
Well, according to George R.R. Martin, the actual author of the books on which the series was created, we may get a new ending yet!
See, he hasn’t actually finished writing the finale to the story. The writers of the show, Game of Thrones, went beyond the book, and took liberties of their own as to what happened in the story and to the characters.
George R.R. Martin has two books to go, and he has confirmed they will be different than the GoT show.
People know an ending—but not the ending. The makers of the TV show had overtaken me, which I didn’t expect.

When asked if the books will absolutely diverge from the show, Martin didn’t answer in the most concrete way possible. LOL!

I guess I need to get to reading the books! I always say I don’t have time to read, but I guess that’s what audiobooks are for. Listen while I work, right?
I HAVE to know how the series REALLY ends — because I refuse to believe it ends the way of the GoT HBO show!
