Praise Be: Hulu Released The First Images of Handmaid’s Tale Season 5 and I’m Freaking Out
Praise Be: Handmaid’s Tale Season 5 is coming!!
Hulu just graced us with the first look of season 5 and even teased us with the aftermath of of Waterford’s Death.
In case you don’t remember, the Season 4 finale, Moss’ June lured Commander Waterford, into the demilitarized zone between Gilead and Canada.
Then her and a group of her fellow former handmaids, chased him through the woods and killed him.
So, we finally get to see what happens after that!
In season 5, Christine Ko has been confirmed to join this season as Lily which Hulu describes as:
“Gilead refugee who now is a leader in the Canada-based resistance movement.” Like Rita, Lily was a “gritty and resourceful” Martha in Gilead, making her “no stranger to perilous situations,”
A lot is happening and I cannot wait to see how this all unfolds!!
When does The Handmaid’s Tale Season 5 Release?
Wednesday, September 14, 2022 is the release date Handmaid’s Tale Season 5.
The season will kick off with a two-episode premiere, then single episodes will follow weekly.
Ahhh September cannot come soon enough!
