Tried this because my wife wanted to use stove to prepare other items for a dinner party. She ask if I could bake the “Fried Chicken” so I used this recipe and was very disappointed. Color was a gray, which was not the golden color of fried chicken and taste was so so. It was Not better than Fried Chicken.

  3. Where do the onion and garlic powders come in? Maybe step 5, it says to coat in the flour mixture twice?

  4. lovely recipe. Thank you so much sharing this mouth watering recipe.
