‘The Willoughbys’ Is Netflix’s New Animated Family Film And I Love It
Have y’all read The Willoughbys, by Lois Lowry. Y’all it’s the cutest story. My kids loved it!
NOW, just in time for my family’s Friday night movie time, The Willoughbys has been released as a film on Netflix!
In this story, a set of siblings, who have been horribly neglected by totally selfish parents who only have love for each other, decide they would be better off if they were to raise themselves.
They hatch a not-so-devious, but maybe a little sneaky, plan to send their parents on a long vacation.
Then the set of siblings break out of their stagnantly musty life, and go on a giant adventure that has them searching for the true meaning of family.
The cast, alone, is worth the watch! There is Will Forte as Tim, Maya Rudolph as Nanny, and Alessia Cara as Jane (who also sings!).
You will also want to watch to catch the voices of Terry Crews, Martin Short, Ricky Gervais, Jane Krakowski, and SO many more!
The Willoughbys is already streaming on Netflix, and you are totally going to want the watch this one with the WHOLE family!
