Decorate Easter Eggs With Glitter

I have always loved glitter.

Even when I used to teach school and the other teachers didn’t want to use it in their classroom because of how messy it was, I still used it.

This year, we decided to give our Easter Eggs some extra sparkle by decorating them with glitter!

Now, before you get worried, you can still totally eat these just make sure you peel the egg entirely and clean it off before consuming.

If you’d rather not take any chances, you can use honey or light corn syrup for the glue and use edible glitter (down the cake supply isle) instead.

Either way, this is a fun way to decorate those Easter eggs!

Supplies Needed:

  • Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Elmer’s Glue-All
  • A sponge brush
  • Glitter – In any color and glitter thickness you like (I prefer the fine glitter)

Once your eggs are ready to decorate, just cover your egg in glue then sprinkle the glitter on it. It’s really that easy!

Of course you want to let your eggs dry before cracking them open but in the end, you’ll have a gorgeously decorated glitter egg!
