Starbucks

One Of Starbucks’s better known drinks is the Pink Drink.

With it’s green coffee extract to keep you going, to its refreshing strawberry taste, and beautiful pink color, what’s not to love?

I don’t drink Starbucks often, mainly because the calories can add up quickly and I’m always paranoid they’re going to use regular syrup by mistake. 🤦🏻‍♀️ But I know a lot of people love Starbucks, and their keto drinks are a great way to #treatyoself and still stay on track. ⠀ These are my Top 4 Keto Starbucks Drinks & How to Order them 🥰 ⠀ 1. Keto Pink Drink- This is probably the most popular keto friendly drinks! Here's how to order: Order the Passion Iced Tea, replace the milk with heavy cream, add 3 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup and a scoop of strawberries (additional 2 net carbs). The regular Pink Drink has 27 grams of carbs but the Keto version only has 2. This drink is high fat, delicious and super low carb! ⠀ 2. Low Carb Mocha- All you need to order is a Mocha with sugar free “skinny” mocha syrup, replace the milk with half heavy cream and half water. This drink is 1 net carb with 5 g of fat. ⠀ 3. Keto Chai Tea Latte- The Keto version is only 2 net carbs. Here's how to order: Order a Chai Tea Latte, with 2 Chai brewed tea bags (not the concentrate), 2 shots of heavy whipping cream, and 1 pump of sugar free cinnamon dulce. You can order this hot or iced. ⠀ 4. Low Carb Caramel Macchiato- Here's how to order: Order an Americano, 3/4 water and 1/4 heavy whipping cream, with 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup and extra light caramel drizzle. This drink is 4 net carbs which is a little on the higher side, but that's way better than the regular 30 grams. ⠀ What’s your favorite Starbucks drink? If you’ve been keeping up with our DIY recipes, you’ll see that we’ve already covered how to make the Starbucks Pink Drink at home. But we have another super easy alternative that only requires 2 ingredients and is kid friendly!

A normal Starbucks Pink Drink contains green coffee extract, which contains just about as much caffeine as a shot of espresso. There are a lot of customers who aren’t aware of that and think they are just getting a tea or fruit juice.

In our first Starbucks Copycat Pink Drink post, we covered how to make a Pink Drink from home that perfectly coincides with the one available at Starbucks. In this post, we’ll show you a caffeine free safe alternative for kids and breastfeeding moms that only requires two ingredients!

All you need is Coconut Milk (I prefer the Silk Brand) and White Cran-Strawberry Juice Cocktail. You can also add fresh or freeze-dried strawberries for a cute look, but it won’t really adjust the taste.

You can find both ingredients in any grocery store or online, so it makes it incredibly easy to make this alternative at home while we continue social distancing.

Mix these two ingredients 50/50 and add ice and you have your very own, super easy Pink Drink!.

We hope you enjoy and be sure to comment below of which drink you want us to cover next! And be sure to check out some of our other DIY Starbucks drinks:

Ingredients

  • 6oz Silk Coconut Milk
  • 6oz White Cran-Strawberry Juice
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Measure out half coconut milk and half white cran-strawberry juice.
  2. Serve over ice.
  3. Enjoy!

You can also buy a Pink Drink Starbucks Keychain if you’re as obsessed with the drink as I am!
