EPCOT is starting 2027 with paint, Broadway songs, collectible cards, and 19 separate places determined to make your lunch look like gallery art.
The 2027 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts will run from January 15 through March 1, 2027. Disney has confirmed the major returning experiences, including the DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series, Food Studios, interactive art, and a bigger Disney Lorcana presence.
That gives guests 46 days to fit an unreasonable number of tiny plated desserts and photo ops into one park visit.
2027 EPCOT Festival Of The Arts Dates
The festival begins Friday, January 15, 2027, and ends Monday, March 1, 2027. It takes place throughout EPCOT at Walt Disney World.
Festival experiences are inside the park, so guests need valid EPCOT admission and may also need a park reservation depending on the ticket and rules in effect for their visit.
There Will Be 19 Food Studios
Disney says the 2027 festival will have 19 Food Studios around EPCOT. These temporary kitchens turn food and drinks into tiny edible art projects, which is exactly the sort of concept that convinces me I need a carefully organized snack spreadsheet.
The complete menus have not been released yet. Until Disney publishes the official Foodie Guide, specific dishes, prices, and returning booths should be treated as unconfirmed for 2027.
Disney Lorcana Is Getting Its Own Festival Activities
The festival is presented by the Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game, and Lorcana will have event-only activities in 2027.
Disney has confirmed promotional items and gifts with purchase, plus the return of the Ink & Find Scavenger Hunt, Collection Quest, and Illumineer’s Lounge. Exact redemption requirements and product details may vary, so collectors should check the final official rules before planning purchases around a specific card or gift.
DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concerts Will Return
The DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series is coming back to America Gardens Theatre with performers singing Disney stage favorites.
Disney says a new pair of performers will take the spotlight every two weeks, with several shows each evening. Standard concert admission is included with EPCOT park entry, and seating will be first come, first served.
Dining packages with guaranteed seating are also planned, but the 2027 performer lineup and package sale dates will be announced later. Translation: the festival dates are safe to save now; the correct weekend for your favorite Broadway star is not.
The Giant Paint-By-Number Mural Is Coming Back
The 2027 lineup also includes the Expression Section: A Paint by Number Mural, Animation Academy, Artful Photo Ops, chalk artists, speed painters, musicians, visiting Disney artists, and festival merchandise.
Disney will publish visiting artist names, appearances, and locations separately. Those details can change across the festival, so it is worth checking the official schedule close to your park day.
