    Just when I thought I couldn’t be more obsessed with my iPhone, they go and do something like this…

    The new iOS 14 software update has rolled out and guess what? They now have a new feature that allows you to change the look of your home screen!

    Here’s How to Change Your iPhone Home Screen

    Now, in order to be able to do any of this, you’ll want to update your iPhone software to the iOS 14 update. Otherwise this won’t work.

    Go to settings –> general –> software update. Make sure your phone is plugged in and connected to wifi.

    Once you’ve updated your iPhone you will want to rearrange your apps. You can put them into folders and even click to toggle and then click “move to app library”.

    Doing this will organize them in one place without deleting it from your phone.

    Once your apps are organized, you can download an app called “Color Widgets” or “Widgetsmith” both will allow you to insert your customized widgets. I used Widgetsmith.

    The nice thing is, these apps are pretty good at walking you through setting up your home screen but I found a few videos that really helped me set mine up.

    The video above is a great way to set up your buttons on the home screen and even changing how they look.

    While we may be stuck at home, there is some things to look forward to like holiday shopping. I still fully intend to shop for my kids this year and make it special for them.

    Which is why I was so excited to hear that Target is releasing their holiday deals early this year!!

    Target released a press release with this information and started by saying:

    I cannot contain my excitement!!

    For YEARS we’ve been hearing rumors surroduning a Hocus Pocus sequel and as of recently, the original cast was in talks with Disney about a sequel.

    But guess what? The time has finally come my sisters!! ‘Hocus Pocus 2’ Is Officially In Pre-Production And I’m Freaking Out!!

    Back in March, Adam Shankman revealed he would be writing the script and even shared an image teasing a bit.

    And now, IMDb has a page for Hocus Pocus 2 and it’s been updated to “Pre Production”! If you don’t know IMDb has the dish on nearly every movie ever.

    While we don’t know WHEN it is happening, it is still really exciting that it is. I cannot wait! I am freaking out.

    Turns Out, Nearly Half Of Americans Are Not Planning On Passing Out Halloween Candy This Year

    I’m just going to say it, 2020 you ducking suck. Yes, I said ducking but you know what I really meant there.

    Halloween is my FAVORITE time of the year and this crap going on is just ruining it all.

    As it turns out, Nearly Half Of Americans Are Not Planning On Passing Out Halloween Candy This Year. Sigh!

    According to a study published by Apartmentguide.com, nearly half of respondents said they have no plans to interact with trick-or-treaters in any way.

    To add to that, only 24% plan to leave a bowl of candy outside. Here’s the breakdown:

    • 30% will hand out candy
    • 24% will leave candy at the door for kids to pickup
    • 46% will have no interaction with trick-or-treaters

    Even more interesting, 34% of respondents said they are planning to go trick-or-treating, even though 46% said they won’t be handing out candy.

    So, hopefully they aren’t disappointed!

    I am pretty sure this just solidified our decision. We decided to stay home with the kids and not worry about trick-or-treating this year. Sounds like others are doing the same.

    The tribute overall was beautiful and of course, throughout the entire thing I just kept waiting for them to mention Chadwick and they saved his tribute for the very end.

    It’s no secret that this year has been strange and well, awful. But some things must go on just like the annual Emmy Awards.

    One thing in particular is that you will see people wearing Tuxedo Hazmat Suits At The Emmy Awards! Yes, hazmat suits.

    Why? Well, of course, it’s because of the dang virus.

    The tuxedo hazmat suits (above) were created by costume designer Katja Cahill and executive producer Guy Carrington.

    The two worked together with a hazmat manufacturer to create these suits for the show to “ensure the health and safety of all of our winners and the presenter by following all of the health and safety protocols — with a twist.”

    According to a news release, these hazmat suits are “keeping it safe and classy” during the ceremony for trophy presenters who will visit the homes of the winners live during the ceremony.

    Isn’t that cool? I actually think this was a genius idea!

    Y’all I LOVE Dan Levy – aka DAVID from Schitt’s Creek. He’s amazeballs both on screen and off.

    But OMG DAVID! Did you see his outfit tonight at The Emmy Awards? It is freaking KILLER and truly, I don’t know if anyone can pull it off as well as he has.

    I mean, let’s be real here, the entire cast of Schitt’s Creek looks AMAZING but David is an attractive man and stick an attractive man inside a suit and DAYUMMMM!

    Dan was rocking a suit with strips on the sleeves but THEN you look a bit closer and BAM he’s sporting a kilt.

    Everything from his striped suit, striped kilt and even the strips on his socks and shoes is on POINT!

    Truthfully, he wins my voice for the best outfit of the night because it’s giving me life right now!
