How do you choose what to recommend?
I only write up products I’d buy myself, gift to my mom, or recommend to my daughter. If it’s overhyped junk, I’ll tell you. If it’s quietly amazing, I’ll shout about it.

What’s the most “life-changing” product you’ve ever covered?
Honestly? The boring ones. The cleaning gadget nobody talks about. The kitchen tool that saved 20 minutes a day. The skincare bottle that didn’t break the bank. The flashy stuff is fun, but the boring stuff is what actually changes your life.
Considering the recent soaring prices in gas, this small town gas station has decided to allow drivers to pump their gas without breaking the bank!
Thanks to the small town gas station in Morehead, Kentucky, the owners of the business have deiced to give their truckers, four wheel drives, and convertibles a break from emptying their wallet.
Dubbed the Brooklyn Belle Market, this gas station is asking for dances rather than money at the pump!
That’s right, cash is not accepted here at this small business and neither are your credit cards, your best dance moves and most importantly having fun is what will get your tank filled!
So if you happen to pull up to this gas station and see a sign that says “Dance for Gas”, show them your best moves instead of swiping that credit card.
The viral video which currently has nearly half a million of likes, the business published a part two on their TikTok showing other drivers dance instead of pulling out an Andrew Jackson or two.
For those who stuff chips in their hoagies at lunch, Zapp’s chips created an all purpose seasoning that lets you sprinkle the flavor of their chips as if you were crushing the bag yourself on Italian deli meats.

Luckily, there IS a way to chip away at those gas prices, and make them just a bit more manageable. Even if it’s a few cents cheaper here and there, everything adds up!
Collect Grocery Store Gas Points
Grocery stores like Safeway, Kroger, Harris Teeter, and Albertsons offer fuel rewards if you shop there using a reward card.
The way it typically works is for each (usually) $100 you spend, you will get (usually) 10¢ off a trip to the gas station.
Of course, the kicker is that you have to spend money to get money. But, it’s money you would be spending anyway on groceries, right?
You also have to use their loyalty rewards cards, both to shop and at the pump.
In most cases, the cheaper gas is good for one trip to the gas station — so fill up when you are nearing empty on the gas gauge.
Join Gas Station Rewards Programs
Some gas stations (I use Sheetz around here) let you use a loyalty reward card, kind of like grocery stores use.
You scan that loyalty reward card before you stick your credit card in the machine, and it gives you a set amount off per gallon — usually a couple cents — but each little bit adds up!
Sometimes the loyalty rewards program at gas stations comes in the form of their credit card. You would have to use their credit card to fill up — but you can always pay it off at the end of the month.
Earn Gas Cards Through Online Programs
By performing simple tasks on some websites, you can earn free gas cards. It’s probably $5 here and there, but again, every little bit adds up!
Yes, they can be a bit time consuming, but could be worth it when you are pumping free gas into your vehicle.
If you pair the free gas cards with a loyalty rewards program, you will be sitting pretty, my friend.
Survey Junkie
This site lets you take surveys for market research with companies that you typically use. You get points for completing surveys, and those points can be turned into cash — which you can then turn around and use on gas.
It is important to note that this website only pays out once you hit $10 in rewards, so keep taking those surveys.
You can redeem the points you earn through MyPoints for gift cards — but the selection changes everyday. If you don’t luck into a gas card one day, come back the next. You can save up your points, and spend them on something you truly need — like gas.
Gas is crazy expensive these days, but every little bit you can save and add up will mean cheaper gas at the pump!

I started having debilitating migraines when I was about 13 years old.
Headaches suck, but migraines are so much worse.
When I know a migraine is kicking in I have a list of things I do to try to knock it out before it takes hold, but that doesn’t always work.
Once the migraine has taken hold I have some other things I try to get some relief and to get it to pass faster.
I’m on daily medication to help prevent the worst of them, and then I also have rescue meds to help as well, but sometimes they break through all of the precautionary measures.
When the migraine takes over there is very little I can do other than wait it out and try to sleep as much as possible.

I am a 42 yr old female who has suffered from chronic migraines that are debilitating for approximately 12 years. Yes, I am on preventatives and yes I’ve tried them all. I take Imitrex for the onset of pain but discovered some years ago that ice is my friend. My husband found this online for me as he always feels so bad that I suffer so much.
