The Father of the year award goes to… CHANNING TATUM!

Y’all put this one down in the book of “cutest things you’ve seen all day”.

Channing Tatum – ya know, everyone’s heartthrob – has written a children’s book while he was stuck in quarantine. But that’s not even the best part…

He dedicated it to his 7-year-old daughter, Everly. Ahhhhhh!

In the book’s dedication, obtained by People, Tatum wrote: “To Everly, the most brilliant magical being that I have ever known. You are my greatest teacher.”

Channing Tatum announced his children’s book in an Instagram post saying:

“Guys, I don’t know about you but things got a little weird for me in quarantine. I ended up accidentally locking myself in my 7 year old daughter’s room. And I ended up finding my inner child. So this is what I created for my little girl. From what is, I guess, the little girl in me. Thanks for reading.”

Also side note – Channing Tatum wearing fairy wings, covered in unicorns is the BEST thing I’ve seen all day.

Now back to the book…

The book is titled The One and Only Sparkella and is a picture book, tells the story of a young girl named Ella, who gets teased for her love of sparkly things on her first day of school. But her dad encourages her to continue to wear glittery ribbons and disco-ball shoes. The result is a delightful tale that encourages kids to embrace their individuality — and celebrates the bond between father and daughter.

It sounds ADORABLE and something I’d totally want to get to read to my daughter.

The One and Only Sparkella will be published on May 4, 2021 by Feiwel & Friends and you can pre-order it now on Amazon here.
