My heart is aching for them right now…
It seemed like just a few short months ago, Chrissy Teigen and her husband John Legend announced they were expecting baby #3.
Then a few weeks ago, Chrissy started having pregnancy problems and went on bedrest eventually leading to be hospitalized.
As of late last night, Chrissy announced they had suffered a miscarriage and I am so devastated for them.
She posted heartbreaking photos on Instagram saying:
“We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before. We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough.”
She continued saying:
“For some reason, had started to call this little guy in my belly Jack.” She continued, “So he will always be Jack to us. Jack worked so hard to be a part of our little family, and he will be, forever.”
Fans have been outpouring their love and support.
After her initial announcement, Chrissy posted on Twitter saying:
I am truly so sorry for the Legend family. As a mom that has suffered a miscarriage before and under very similar circumstances (I bled out) I can completely empathize.
Oh and if you are here to say something mean about Chrissy or John, please don’t. They lost a child. Nothing else needs to be said other than “sorry”!
