How to Order A Cindy Lou Who Drink at Starbucks
Start by asking for a blended strawberry lemonade (basically makes it like a Frappuccino without the creme or coffee base).
Top with whipped cream (this drink does not come with whip unless requested)
Top off with a dust of matcha powder and a couple of dried strawberries (to resemble Cindy Lou Who’s hair).
