If there are two things that are completely cool right now, they’d be all things succulent plants and all things llama.

We found a shop on Etsy that’s puts those two things together! Sounds weird, huh. It’s not. It’s so cute, and I might need like 4 of them, all in different colors!

HELLOhappy, who’s shop is on Etsy, sells the PDF patterns so you can make your own super-cute llama planter covers.

This pattern is for an intermediate level crocheter. You need to have knowledge of basic crochet stitches.

The llama planter cover uses a 6mm hook, and you will work with 2 strands of worsted weight yarn. You will also need several sizes of colorful pom poms.

When you crochet this little guy (gal?), he will appear top heavy when his back is empty. Never fear, a little succulent in a planter should help give it the weight it needs to stay upright.

This pattern is designed to hold planters from 2 to 2.5 inches tall and wide. So, when you go to get your succulent, keep that in mind.

It is important to note that this is a PDF pattern. It is NOT the completed succulent holder.

You can get this $5 pattern right on the HELLOhappy store on Etsy.
