Cup Noodles sent me some of its Vampire Noodles to try, and they were freaking delicious. They are also very, very red.

And, uh, spoiler alert: it comes out red, too.

The limited-edition Cup Noodles Vampire Noodles pairs a spooky red color with chicken flavor and garlic heat, according to Nissin. The company says beet coloring creates the red transformation, and its product page lists vegetable color with no artificial colors.

Nissin says the microwavable cup is ready in four minutes. Follow the preparation directions on your package, and you have a very on-theme option for the snack break between Halloween movies.

If you are checking ingredients, the product page lists wheat, soybean, egg, and milk as allergens. It also lists powdered chicken and chicken fat, so the vegetable coloring does not make this a vegetarian option.

Here is the shopping detail: in its September 24, 2026, launch announcement, Nissin listed Vampire Noodles as a Walmart exclusive at $1.18 per cup, while supplies last. That is the announced launch price; check your local store or listing for current pricing and availability.

And because this launch apparently needed a much bigger Halloween prop, Nissin also announced a separate collaboration with Titan Casket: a custom Cup Noodles casket with a $3,999 launch price. Yes, an actual casket.
