Disney Springs has started the phased re-opening after being closed for nearly two months. They have a Starbucks in Disney Springs and they welcomed Disney and Starbucks fans back with a specially created drink!
It is simply called the “Welcome Back” drink! And it is special for this reopening time period! This is a pretty bright pink colored drink!
It’s a blended drink that starts with a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher blended together with coconut milk, strawberries, blueberries, and the pineapple ginger syrup!
Then to make it extra special it is topped with a golden crown of golden ginger whipped cream!
I would love to know how that golden ginger whipped cream tastes! The whole things sounds just delicious and I would love to try it, but Disney Springs is very far from me!
Since this is a specialty drink it is priced a bit higher because of the add-ins. Kind of like the secret menu drinks. A grande was said to have cost about $7.30 and I saw others that said their drink was about $6.35.
I normally don’t go overboard on drinks, but I would say being at Disney Springs is a special occasion and I would totally splurge on this!
The “Welcome Back” drink will be around for a few weeks, and then it will be gone! So if you have a chance to head to Disney Springs, be sure to check it out!
If you prefer something chocolate, that same Starbucks location has a special Happy Bananniversary drink!
This one is a Mocha Frappuccino that is blended with banana, caramel syrup and topped with caramel and mocha drizzle. That sounds AMAZING! I bet we could get local baristas to whip that one up for us!
