The tiny Luke’s Diner mug is doing a lot of work here. Hallmark’s Gilmore Girls ornament looks like a little retro television, complete with a red coffee mug perched on top and Lorelai and Luke on the screen.
It’s listed at $27.99 and arrives October 10, 2026. Hallmark’s product page still says “Coming soon,” so this is one to put on the list for that date.
Press the button and the screen lights up while the ornament plays dialogue from the show. The picture changes when you tilt it, too. That’s a lenticular screen, meaning the image shifts with the viewing angle.
The pale green TV has little molded buttons and speakers along the bottom. In one of Hallmark’s photos, Luke and Lorelai are sitting together in the snow, with her ice skate propped up in front of them. It’s a very specific little scene to tuck between the Christmas lights.
The plastic ornament measures 2.5 inches wide, 3 inches high and 2 inches deep. It comes in a gift box, and the three replaceable LR44 button batteries it needs are included.
October 10 is also the start of Hallmark’s Ornament Debut, which runs through October 18. That’s the release event, not a promise that every store will have this ornament in stock.
