Hershey’s Halloween lineup is enormous this year. The company has announced more than 20 seasonal candy and snack innovations across chocolate, gummies, fruit chews, popcorn and salty snacks.
The 2026 collection—appropriately called Hersheyween—includes new Kit Kat shapes, deceptive Jolly Rancher gummies, the return of Cookies ‘N’ Creme Fangs and several big variety packs made for trick-or-treat night.
What is new for Hersheyween 2026?
Here are the releases most likely to disappear from the candy bowl first:
- Kit Kat Count & Witch: one package with two break-apart Halloween shapes, available in regular, king and six-pack sizes
- Hershey’s Cookies ‘N’ Creme Fangs: snack-size white creme bars returning for the first time since 2024
- Jolly Rancher Gummies Trickies Minis: Halloween shapes with colors that intentionally do not match their flavors
- Jolly Rancher Gummies Minis: small versions of the classic gummies
- Sweets Assortment: a stand-up bag with Sour Strips, Jolly Rancher Gummies Trickies Minis, Gummies Minis and strawberry Twizzlers
- Hershey Halloween All-Stars: 18 full-size treats with limited shapes and flavors, including Reese’s Pumpkins and Kit Kat Count & Witch
The Trickies gummies may be the most fun idea in the box. Their green apple, blue raspberry, cherry, grape and watermelon flavors are disguised by mismatched colors, turning each piece into a tiny guessing game.
Which Hershey Halloween favorites are returning?
Reese’s Pumpkins return, including an Amazon-exclusive Reese’s Pumpkin Bowl packed with 110 snack-size treats. Hershey’s Cookies ‘N’ Creme Fangs also make their first seasonal return since 2024.
On the salty side, the lineup includes Pirate’s Booty Trick-or-Treat snack packs and Pirate’s Booty Boos & Bites with ghost and monster shapes. The wider Hersheyween portfolio also includes seasonal popcorn and mixed sweet-and-salty options.
Why are gummies such a big part of the Halloween lineup?
Hershey’s seasonal research found that many families buy non-chocolate candy well before October. According to the company’s 2026 State of the Season data, 72% of surveyed parents said they were likely to buy gummies early, compared with 68% for fruit chews and 61% for sour strips or belts.
That explains why this year’s collection feels much broader than a bag of mini chocolate bars. Hershey is treating Halloween as an entire snack season, with candy for early decorating, movie nights, parties and the actual trick-or-treat bowl.
The company says the seasonal products will be available at retailers nationwide, although exact selection will vary by store. If the Count & Witch Kit Kats or color-switching Trickies are on your list, it is worth checking seasonal aisles early.
