Hostess Is Releasing Sundae Cupcakes Topped With Ice Cream Flavored Icing And Sprinkles

When it comes down to the nitty gritty details of ice cream sundaes, you absolutely should expect at least three scoops of ice cream, syrup of any kind, cookie crumbles, Oreo chunks or chocolate chips and lastly, whipped cream complete with sprinkles!

Considering how sundaes should look, the Hostess brand is creating two new sweet treats that are inspired by sundaes.

The two new sweet snacks include Sundae CupCakes and Hot Fudge Sundae Brownies.

Beginning with the new limited edition CupCakes, the drool worthy details consist of white creme filling stuffed in a chocolate cupcake, ice cream flavored icing, complete with rainbow sprinkles and a hot fudge squiggle.

For those of you who prefer a soft brownie over a baked cupcake, the Hot Fudge Sundae Brownies are chocolate brownies stuffed with decadent chocolate chips topped with white icing, rainbow sprinkles, and a chocolate drizzle to finish the look.

Both of the brownies and cupcakes will come in eight individually wrapped boxes for nearly $4.

Currently Hostess has yet to release an exact date of when the new sweet snacks will be released, but if you ask us, you can’t go wrong with either choice when you find these sundae flavored desserts stocked on store shelves.
