How To Survive The Coronavirus With The Gloria Gaynor TikTok Challenge
You guys! This might be my favorite hack for handwashing the required twenty seconds.
Gloria Gaynor, who sang the song “I Will Survive” in 1978, has come out with a new TikTok Challenge, if you will.
She says you can sing the chorus to her song, “I Will Survive,” while you wash your hands, and we can all survive the coronavirus together. Ha!
Need the words? I got ya!
Oh no, not I, I will survive
Gloria Gaynor, I Will Survive
Oh, as long as I know how to love, I know I’ll stay alive
I’ve got all my life to live
And I’ve got all my love to give and I’ll survive
I will survive, hey, hey
Watch Gloria Gaynor’s TikTok handwashing video, below.
@gloriagaynor It only takes :20 seconds to “SURVIVE!”??? ##iWillSurviveChallenge ##fyp ##coronavirus ##handwashing
♬ I Will Survive – Gloria Gaynor
Now, I LOVE the original Gloria Gaynor song. BUT, nothing compares to the CAKE version of the song “I Will Survive.”
Either version of the song works for our hand washing purposes. Ha!
If you don’t like THIS song to wash your hands to — first of all, we can’t be friends anymore — you can wash your hands to the song “No Scrubs.”
Don’t like that choice of song either? Man! You’re hard to please! Check out how this teenager made a website that will turn ANY song into a hand-washing jingle.
