Ice Castles Exist And They Are Bringing Fairy Tales To Life
If you are lucky enough to live in Colorado, New Hampshire, Utah, or Wisconsin… you have got to go check out these Ice Castles! I’m sitting here trying to figure out how I can plan a quick trip from Texas to go check one out!
These Ice Castles are some of the most beautiful things I have ever come across! Ice Castles is an award-winning attraction made of Ice and they are only set up in 4 cities in North America.
Ice artists use hundreds of thousands of hand-placed icicles to build the sculptures. This includes ice-carved tunnels, fountains, ice thrones, slides, and more!
Then they light the entire thing up with LED lights! It’s absolutely stunning and has definitely been added to my bucket list of must-see things! They’ve been doing this since 2011 and I am just now learning about it!

I don’t do well in cold weather, but I would absolutely bundle up and suck it up to experience this just one time!
Just imagine flying down an ice slide on a sled through an ice tunnel that is lit with colorful LED lights!
I’ve been looking at images and videos from Facebook and Instagram and I am just speechless. I think I’m moving this to the TOP of my bucket list.
