I hear this from my
daughter like ten times a day.
I know that this is a normal phase. I respect it, and I understand it has to happen.
It frustrates me.
She doesn’t want to sleep in her room, because a scary monster lives in her closet.
She won’t go dryer shopping with my mom, because the she’s scared to death of the dryer. (Okay, that’s kind of my fault, but still…)
I just want her to face her fears and get over them!
I guess I need to do that first, huh?
